Beautiful, Winnie, just beautiful. The twisted trunk reminds me of the White Mountains of Southern California and my beloved Bristlecone Pines.

You have a unique way of reminding me and having me relive my most pleasant of memories.

Chris, I am QUITE sure that your friend found your messages all along. And I am glad for this memory as well.

This is the Jardine Juniper, far above Logan Canyon, in Utah. 3200 years old, and as far as I know, still alive. It was still alive the last time I saw it. It is a very special place to me.
